Trisomy 18 Awareness Day!

Hi friends!! Yes it’s Mina and we are still here. I hold on to this blog as a reminder of many of those early memories and periodically I get the motivation to update. I want to be more dedicated but I’m still trying to find that motivation.

Mylah will be 14, yes, FOURTEEN on the 24th!

Some of you may remember when we first started this journey and it’s been a JOURNEY for sure but I wouldn’t change many things if I had to do it again.

This Wednesday is 3/18 which means it’s Trisomy 18 Awareness day!  It’s a day dedicated to bringing awareness to all things Trisomy 18 related and a chance to highlight the advocacy and education that many people in our communities are engaged in.

In honor of Mylah and many other children with the condition I ask that you wear your light blue!

I have also provided on my socials, a list of organizations we support due to the support, advocacy, and education they provide for children like Mylah. If you feel inclined to donate those are our organizations of choice.

If you are still visiting this blog despite my absence I THANK you and I appreciate you! 🩵

I will try to be more intentional about posting on a regular basis-we just have to figure out what “regular” means 😊.

All of our love and appreciation for the support over the years!
